The 7th Malaysian Composers Concert Series ended with two works by Ingolv Haaland from Norway. It was a lot of fun to play these fusion works with UiTM students conducted by Tazul Izzan Tajuddin. The event took place at the Kuala Lumpur Performing Arts Center in Malaysia.

Performing at the Yong Siew Toh Conservatory of Music in Singapore performing for the Pacific Alliance of Music Schools. For the event, I performed a chamber work with guitar called Matilda's Dream by Australian composer Mark Pollard. I also performed a chamber work with gambus called Echoes of Fall by Ho Chee Kong.

Michael Smetanin, chair of composition at the Sydney Conservatorium visited UiTM for the 6th Malaysian Composer Concert Series. We premiered this work for Gamelan, strings, and percussion. The guitar duo was Nathan Fischer and Fong Tong Sen and conducted by Max Riefer.
